昨日、実家で草刈りをしたが、そのせいで、腕と首に発疹がでてしまった。草にかぶれたのであろう。 とてもかゆい。 いくつかアレルギーを持っている家内にみてもらうと、 「免疫力が下がっているかもしれないから、注意した方がよい」 とのこと。 確かに少し疲れ気味であったかもしれない。 ゆっくり休んで、早く治そう。
