暑くなった。ランニングは、マスクをしてやっていたが、これがやばい。
ちょっとしたジョギングでも汗でマスクが湿ってしまい、1回使ったマスクをもう1回使おうとは思えない状況になってしまう。
現在、朝昼晩と1日3回ランニングしているので、毎回マスクを変えると1日3枚のマスクが必要となってしまう。マスクの供給不足の状況はなくなりつつあるが、それでもちょっと使い過ぎの状況となろう。
そこで、インターネット記事なんかで多くでていた、Buff（顔に巻いて使う布切れ）を使ってみたが、これなら使えるし、洗濯もできる。ただ、できるだけ毎回換えたいな、と思うので、枚数を揃えるとなると相応の枚数が必要となるが、Buffは結構なお値段だ。現在3枚もっているが、ちょっと足りない。
そこで、採用したのが手ぬぐい。これを顔に巻いて使うようにした。
ただ、1つ問題があって、きつく巻かないとずり落ちてしまうということ。
この問題点については、家内が耳の上から鼻の上を通る、伸び縮みできる毛糸紐編んでくれた。手ぬぐいを顔に巻いた上で、この毛糸紐を顔に巻いて、手ぬぐいの鼻の上の部分をこの紐にくるくると巻き付けるようにした。
その結果、耳上からの紐の引っかかりで、手ぬぐいがずり下がるのを防いでくれる、とう状況を作ることができた。
手ぬぐいは、100円ショップでも売っているので、これなら毎回換えても（換えるだけの枚数を揃えても）大した出費にならない。
ということで、これで走ることに決定。
■Tips for summer running

However, I think I want to change it every time as much as possible, so it will be necessary to have a suitable number when matching the number of running.
But the Buff is quite a price. I currently have three, but I'm a little short of it.
Therefore, I tried to use a Tenugui that is Japanese style towel. I put this on my face and used it for running.
However, there is one problem. During the running, it will fall off from the face.
Regarding this problem, my wife knitted a stretchable string of yarn that passed from above my ears to above my nose.
I wrapped the Tenugui on my face, then wrapped this thread string on my face, and wrapped it around the nose of the Tenugui.
As a result, I was able to create a good situation that would prevent the washcloth from sliding down due to the string being caught from above the ear.
Tenugui are sold at 100-yen shops, so if you change them each time (even if you have the same number of items to change), it will not cost much.
So I decided to run with this.
